"Really enjoyed my visit here! The aesthetic is beautiful — modern, colorful, and very Instagram-worthy with the marble tables and chic plating. The presentation of the food definitely adds to the experience. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and it was delicious. The fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a great crunch in every bite. It was topped with a sunny-side-up egg that had a rich, runny yolk, which paired so well with the savory chicken. The waffle had a soft, fluffy texture with a slightly sweet flavor that balanced everything nicely. The syrup on the side brought it all together for that perfect sweet-and-savory combo. My only downside was that the door kept opening and closing, which made it a bit chilly at times. It took away slightly from the comfort of the dining experience. Overall though, the food was really good and the atmosphere (aside from the draft) was lovely. I’d definitely come back!"

"Beautiful, arty interior with comfortable padded fabric seats. The festive afternoon tea was fantastic, great intricate detail and good value for money. Each dessert and savoury was well thought out with very good vegetarian options and friendly service. The only criticism was I was looking forward to the rose pistachio hot chocolate, with the arty design reflected in the higher price price. However there wasn't as much detail on it as that on other posts and advertised."

"This Cafe serves quality food at high prices. You get what you pay for which I love. The afternoon tea was worth every penny. The selection in the tea was great. I tried my friends brunch food and the taste was great. I love how extensive the menu is. Cons: too loud, service was good with some staff and not with others. The tables and space is to small. Felt cramped."

"This place is very lovely. They have lot of halal dishes and options on the menu which is appreciated! I ordered the braised beef with vegetables . I asked for them not to add butter and that was done. My dish was VERY yummy! I did love the veggies but they were harddd to cut and it caused commotion . My friends got the fried chicken burger and chips , one got the fruity pancakes , another got the friend chicken waffle , and the last one got the strawberry French toast but she took 2 bites out it and couldn’t eat it AT ALL! It was all too sweet, she felt sick. So she ordered a chicken fajita afterwards. Same with the one who ordered the pancakes, she ate it but after a while she couldn’t handle it, and she LOVES sugar! The service was mediocre, no blame but we did mention it was our friend’s birthday and was wondering if they could do something for her, free of charge like other restaurants, but no. So don’t expect anything if there’s a celebration with your booking. There were a few flies around the restaurant which was annoying. The toilets are huge but for me personally, the layout made me uncomfortable… the bin being THAT HUGE and RIGHT NEXT TO THE TOILET is crazy."

"Lovely food and service! We didn’t have a booking yet we got sat quick:) Saru looked after us. Service and drinks was really fast. I don’t recommend the Spanish latte tho too watery. Also the chicken sliders weren’t it, a little too fried. Loaded fries were so good! And dessert on point, not overly sweet. We will deffo return for lunch. X"

"Feya Marble Arch is a real treat. The pulled beef eggs were absolutely delicious—rich, comforting, and beautifully done. The lotus croissant was indulgent without being over the top, and clearly very fresh. The standout, though, was the pistachio kunafa hot chocolate—truly divine. Decadent, perfectly balanced, and worth the visit on its own. A special mention to Sim, our waiter—she was incredibly friendly and honestly a godsend with the kids. Her warmth and patience made the whole experience even better. Lovely atmosphere and a great spot for a relaxed, indulgent brunch. Would happily return."

"Absolutely loved our brunch at Faya! The food was incredibly delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. My personal favorite was the Lotus French toast. We were served by Sim, who was exceptionally kind, friendly, and always smiling. Her positive attitude and attentiveness made our visit even more enjoyable. She made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our time there. I would highly recommend Faya to anyone looking for a memorable brunch experience. I will definitely be coming back!"

"My friend & I had a day trip to London & started our day off here. The restaurant was visually impressive with murals on the wall. The food was also aesthetically pleasing. My friend loved the waffles. I had humous & avocado toast but I felt there wasn’t much of it for the price. We both had hot chocolate to drink & they were amazing with really good chocolate. Mine had a tree decoration on top with pistachios & syrup & it made the hot chocolate drink taste like Turkish delight. I would visit again & try something else off the menu as there was a good choice."
